Comprehensive

Indecipherable or no records.

Desires to keep records.

Records some ideas related to the purose, but is missing several essential ideas or the author needs to explain his or her intent to communicate a complete understanding of the basic information related to the purpose.

Accurately records enough information to communicate the basic information related to the purpose. However, additional information may be incomplete, not comprehensive, or systematically recorded for the reader to interpret independently. Accurate, comprehensive, systematically and clearly communicates beyond the essential information related to the purpose so that a reader can easily understand the author's intentions.
